After a near death experience in 2002, I decided to change my life. I trained as a personal trainer and haven’t looked back. I am dedicated to helping others improve their fitness and not just to look good ( though I know this is a priority for many) but to feel good too. Whether you feel you are overweight and want the challenge of losing weight or your mental health is so battered by Covid that you lack the enthusiasm to get fit, I am confident that I can help you to get motivated and get moving. My past experience
From 2011 I have worked on a one to one or small group basis, offering bespoke personal training in people’s homes and in parks.
From 2012 to 2014 I continued seeing individual clients and ran circuit training classes at “easyGym” in Wood Green, London, I was also a Gym Supervisor there.
